Tim Weed is a professional banjo, guitar and mandolin player.  Beginning, intermediate and master-level instruction are available for kids and adults.  Lessons are customized to each student's individual needs, and topics are designed to meet the student's goals.  Audio and video taping of lessons is encouraged.

Location of most lessons is in Tim's home in Point Reyes Station, however lessons can also taught in the student's home, and at other locations are available in Fairfax, Novato, Petaluma, and elsewhere in Marin.  Please call or email for details.

Tim is also teaches lessons during his frequent travels to Tucson, Arizona.  Some online students travel to take occasional in-person lessons. 

Online Lessons
One-on-one video lessons are incredibly clear and effective with Skype video calling.  Rates are the same as in-person lessons and are available for guitar, banjo, mandolin, or voice.  Read more about online lessons
